SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping:​ Over $69

We offer free shipping for pickup orders and for orders over $69.

​

Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days ($10.99) 

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed. You will be provided with an email confirming your tracking number and expected delivery date. While we strive to meet our standard shipping times, please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Pickup Option: Same Day

Order before 3 PM for free same-day pickup. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.​ Pickup orders can be ready within two hours of being placed.

 

Orders can be picked up at our designated pickup location at 1135 Westminster Ave. #E Alhambra, CA 91803. We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Food Product Returns:​

At Arroyo Kitchen, we prioritize the safety of our consumers and employees. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for food products. However, we understand that customer satisfaction is paramount. Therefore, we offer refunds within 7 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied with our product or if there's an issue with your order. To initiate a refund, please follow our Refund Process below.

Non-food Product Returns:

Opened:

We do not accept returns for any opened non-food products. If you are unsatisfied with our product or if there's an issue with your order, we offer refunds within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a refund, please follow our Refund Process below.

 

Unopened:

For unopened non-food products, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment. Returned items must have no visible signs of use or alteration, and that all original labels and tags are attached and returned in original product packaging. To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact our support team at  info@arroyokitchen.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide details of your order (Name, Email, & Order #), which products you would like to return, and the reason for your return.

  3. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email with further instructions.

  4. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping and handling costs are refundable.
