What kind of bread do I need for this recipe?
We use seeded wheat bread for this recipe. Feel free to use any bread of your choice.
Can I boil the egg in an egg cooker?
Sure, any method of boiling eggs will not alter the taste of the recipe. We kept it traditional by boiling water in a pot.
Breakfast Egg Sandwich
1 serving, Prep Time: <5 minutes, Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 medium-sized avocado
2 slices of whole wheat bread
1 tbsp Delicious Onion Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Boil Eggs: In a small pot, fill with enough water to cover both eggs. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes
Cool and Peel Eggs: Once the eggs are finished boiling, run the eggs under cold water for several seconds. Once cooled, peel away eggshells.
Combine Sandwich Filling: In a bowl, add avocado, boiled eggs, and Delicious Onion Sauce. Mash together with a fork until the desired consistency. Season with salt & pepper, to taste.
Assemble: Spread filling onto toast. Serve and enjoy
