What are the benefits of green tea?

Additionally, green tea has L-theanine which is an amino acid that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and improves focus.
Does this recipe only work with Jasmine Green Tea?
While you certainly can experiment with different tea flavors, we recommend using Arroyo Kitchen's Jasmine Green Tea. It compliments the notes of lemon, honey, and mint and has calming properties that enhance the overall experience of this recipe.
Can I add more than one teabag to the cold brew mix?
We recommend one teabag for every 500 mL of water. Adding more teabags might make the tea too strong or bitter.
Honey Lemon Mint Jasmine Green Tea Cold Brew
Ingredients:
1 Jasmine Green teabag
500 mL water room temperature
1 tbsp honey
3 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lemon cut into wedges (~1 tbsp)
Ice
Instructions:
Add teabag: Place the teabag into a container with a lid.
Pour water: Pour room-temperature water into the container. Ensure the teabag is fully submerged.
Refrigerate: Seal tightly and refrigerate overnight or for 6-8 hours.
After brewing: Remove teabag once the cold brew is ready to prevent cold brew from becoming bitter.
Add ice (Optional): Pour ice into the container or cup serving.
Add honey, lemon, and mint: Pour cold brew tea into a cup and add in the honey, lemon juice, and mint leaves. Stir until combined. Add more honey, if desired.
Garnish and serve: Garnish serving with additional mint or lemon slices, if desired. Then, serve and enjoy!
How to store:
Store your cold brew tea in a sealed container in the fridge. It should stay fresh for up to 3-5 days. Make sure your container is airtight to keep the tea fresh and prevent it from absorbing other flavors from the fridge. Keep the container away from direct sunlight to preserve the delicate flavors of the tea.
