Spicy Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

1 Slice Sourdough Bread
1/2 Red Onion sliced
1/2 Avocado mashed
1/4 Cup Feta Cheese crumbled
2 tsp Fresh Cilantro Leaves
2 tbsp Midnight Spice Sauce
Salt And Black Pepper To Taste

Instructions:

Toast bread: Start by toasting a slice of sourdough bread until it’s golden brown and crispy.
Mash avocado: Cut avocado in half. Remove pit and skin from the avocado. Place the half avocado In a medium bowl and mash with a fork
Spread Avocado: Spread mashed avocado on top of the toast. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Add toppings: Cut thin slices of red onion and assemble on toast. Sprinkle feta cheese and fresh cilantro leaves on top of the avocado toast.
Add sauce and serve: Drizzle Midnight Spice Sauce over avocado toast and serve immediately.
