Does the recipe need to be steeped overnight?

We recommend steeping the recipe overnight for the richest flavor (6-8 hours). However, if you're short on time, you can cold-steep for a minimum of 4 hours for a lighter brew.

Can I use hot water instead?

For this recipe, we recommend cold-steeping to preserve the delicate floral and fresh cucumber notes. Hot water may overpower the balance.

Can I add more than one teabag to the cold brew mix?

We recommend one teabag sachet for every 500 mL of water. Adding more teabags might make the tea too strong or bitter.
