What's the best bread to use for this recipe?

We use seeded wheat bread for this recipe. Feel free to use any bread of your choice.

Is Ghee butter needed for this recipe?

We use Ghee to fry the egg for an enhanced, richer flavor to complement our sauce. An alternative we'd recommend is olive oil mixed with our sauce's oil.
