Steam buns: Buns should be steamed for 7 minutes for the best texture and taste
Prep chicken: Chicken nuggets should be air fried for 13 minutes at 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prep Spicy Mayo Sauce: Mix together Kewpie Mayonise, Siracha Sauce, and ketchup for the perfect spicy mayo sauce! (Measurements listed below)
Add sauce to buns: Smoothly apply the spicy mayo sauce to to the freshly cooked lotus buns.
Place chicken in bun: Place the freshly cooked nugget into a lotus bun.
Veggies: Add lettuce and cilantro to your lotus buns and cherry tomatoes to your plate for the perfect veggies for this recipe!
